touchdown

Sure this drink is good for new moms, but I found it was a great way to round out smoothies in our household. Often we add yogurt or even protein powder to the kids’ fruit smoothies so they get that great natural fruit carb and protein combo that is an energy sweet spot. Yesterday, I had one tired boy from a day of football camp in the California sun. In one whirr of a blender, the Svelte vanilla protein shake, pineapple, mango (my obsession), and ice cubes (placed in blender in that order), I gave him a refreshing post sport boost making him strong enough to beg for screen time.
Contest Prize Package $500 value:
  • 1 Wahoo Fitness Run Pack
  • 1 pair of FILAtoning pants
  • 1 case of CalNaturale Svelte shakes
  • 1 CalNaturale gym tote
  • 1 copy of Kristen Horler’s book
  • 1 first baby boot camp class free coupon
  • Goody workout headbands
